So What’s The Answer?

Dynamic movement, strengthening & stretching may help.  However, they are NOT the first thing that we should consider & in many cases stretching, core strength training & pounding movements on a body that is already out of balance & at breaking point, is possibly the WORST thing we can do. 
 
We first need to restore your body’s capacity to move freely.  Create a strong foundation for movement.  Then your overall movement, health, fitness & wellbeing will skyrocket!
